The Business Process

  • Once a customer places an order online, it is transmitted to the OROCS secure server for processing
  • The order is then submitted to the store via email, fax or SMS
  • The store confirms receipt of the order and processes order for delivery / collection
  • OROCS notifies the customer of the order progress at each stage up to point order is received
  • Automated accounts are sent out in addition to the financial reporting functions available with the store account
